Knott`s Family Diner in Valley City

A great little breakfast stop in Valley City Ohio, with a lot of past history , My grandson and I visit them several times a year and he calls this place "the good bacon place!"

Stopped here for breakfast and was very impressed with the steak and eggs! Also got the biscuits and gravy that was a touch salty but overall very good. Pancakes were huge and fluffy. The price for the quality you cant beat it!

Have been there a few times. Food was always good. Real nice people seem to always be happy, good natured, and make you feel welcome.

I was treated with excellent customer service. The atmosphere and decor were enjoyable, the prices right. All the food came out perfect! I think I have a new favorite spot :) 5/5

This place is great! They understand breakfast like no other! If you want biscuits and gravy, you expect biscuits big as smurf huts, and they deliver! If you order country fried steak, you don't want a sad little stepped on thing. Knott's knows this, and will hand you a country fried steak you can ride home! You want french toast? Bring your appetite, here they serve a heap of french toast big enough to build a playhouse!

I eat here 2 or 3 times a month. The breakfast is spot on! The service is just as good and always friendly. Definately my #1 breakfast spot.

Fast, friendly service with high quality food. Lots of choices, with some specials specific to their diner. If you can dream it & they have the food, they will make it to order!

Very personable staff and one of the best hamburgers I've had in a very long time.

Knotts Family diner is worth the drive. Its a true family owned and operated diner. The building itself has a large amount of local history. The Knott family and friends put hundreds of hours to make it into the great diner they operate. The food is fresh and awesome. Real thick cut bacon. Omelets are awesome. Home made biscuits and gravy. Lunch is also awesome! And a great 50s decor. Staff is very friendly. And the owners Jim and Jill are there working and treating everyone like family. Its want you want in a great diner.

Always the best food and service with a smile. The best bacon I've ever had in my life, and the best Eggs Benedict. I work nearby, so i'm constantly in for food! A must visit!

Fabulous breakfast! Recent trip back home to Ohio and my nephew took me here.I am in love with the quaintness and the Dumb and Dumber omelette was delicious.I will definitely make this my breakfast spot every time I come home.

I'm new to Valley city so I like to try new places and this is the Second time coming here for my lunch break and just like the 1st time, great service, great food! They were even kind enough to rush it so I could enjoy it before heading back to work. I will definitely be spreading the word about this great place and will be coming back with family

Today was my first time going to breakfast here. We waited a normal amount of time especially being an extremely busy Sunday. We had a table of 8. All our food was hot & everyone's order was correct. From country fried steak, dumb & dumber 3-egg omelet, corned beef hash, breakfast burrito & more. The staff was nice & polite. The prices are great especially for the amount of food you get. Oh, my older son got a full stack of cinnamon roll pancakes which were amazing! I giggly recommend stopping here for breakfast.

I went for lunch yesterday as I was in this one horse town looking at a car for sale. There was nobody there. No customers that is. That should of tipped me off. Their server was real nice. The food was not. I’m surprised by the the good reviews. Everything tasted out of a can.

Just found a new favorite diner!
